Q: I want music in my branch - how do I get started?

A: This is easier than you think - because some of our solutions are almost "plug & play". We would be happy to advise you on our latest systems and products. Just get in contact with us here.

Q: What will it cost me?

A: This is strongly depending on the System you already have, and the one you want to have in the end. We understand, that numbers are important, especially during research periods. To give you an idea of the costs, we can say, it will be more than the "good old" MP3 Player on a wire with some HiFi System, but less than the average PA Systems. Just drop us a line of your planned system, and we will be happy to make you a tailored offer.

Q: Can I control what is played?

A: Definitely! We work with you to create your individual communication concept - from musical background sound to music programs tailored to the times of the day, advertising messages and image contributions to digital signage / multichannel concepts.

Q: What hardware do I need?

A: It all depends on how your locations are already equipped. The prerequisite for the music service is the presence of a local loudspeaker system (PA speakers and amplifiers) and a small IT infrastructure. Of course, we are also happy to fully equip your locations if required.

Q: Can I play commercials?

A: Yes! As a Production Studio for Audio and other Media Content, we have our own editorial team and, on request, produce commercials (Audio and Video/ in different languages) to your needs. Anyway, there is no limitation to import your personal Content at any time.

Q: Do I have to pay royalties for playing music on my premises?

A: Yes. As a Germany based provider, we are obligated to dissipate royalties. We partner with some of the best Content Providers to offer you a hasslefree process. you don´t have to worry about royalties... we do this for you instead!

Q: What do I do if I have a technical question/malfunction?
